Chris Rader was licensed in 2003. She was a Managing Broker for 11 years and loves helping residential sellers and buyers here in the Lehigh Valley. Her expertise in real estate contracts, negotiating skills, strategically pricing and staging her listings, learning what is important to her clients and her counseling skills help her to offer first class service and dedication to her clients.
Chris also has a passion for teaching, mentoring and coaching real estate agents. She is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor teaching: Pre-Licensing, Contract Law, Code of Ethics, Accredited Buyer Representative, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategies, At Home With Diversity, Short Sales and Foreclosures, The Right Start Program, Realtor Safety and Exam Prep. She is also a Certified Mentor for Brian Buffini’s training programs and has developed and taught many other real estate classes.
Chris lives in Emmaus, with her husband Frank and their dog Sherman. Chris is proud to be an Air Force Veteran and mother of 3. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, family, children and grandchildren, gardening (both flowers and veggies), hiking, traveling, camping, reading, golfing and volunteering in the community.
